Do disinfectant wipes kill flu and norovirus germs . if not is there something that does work on surfaces?

Depends: Majority of disinfectant wipes if you look at the label should clarify percentage of germs kills. Most viruses do not linger around surfaces that long, though I am aware that norovirus can linger on fomites. But disinfectant wipes should eliminate surface contaminants as changes in ph or chemical agents affect the viability of viruses as well as other organisms.
