Depends: Usually rest by sitting on inflatable doughnut device, taking anti-inflammatory medicines, and various stretches.

Yes: It can be treated with ice compresses, rest, and anti-inflammatory and pain medications. You may need removal of fluid, and if no evidence of infection, a cortisone injection can help. Physical therapy may be helpful as well.
