Can ruin you: Anabolic steroid use is widespread especially in strength sports and bodybuilding. I'd urge you not to do it, or at least get good supervision. The emotional changes can land you in jail or the mental ward with lifelong regret. It's cheating. Most women prefer a naturally fit man and can tell you're not. Of the men I know who's tried these drugs for sports, all have said they'd urge others not to.
