Hard to tell: You may have a bladder infection or a yeast infection or another type of vaginal infection. You may have a painful cramp such as brexton hicks contraction or a true contraction as well. If it doesn't resolved on its own in the next few hours or if it does get worse, you will need to make a trip to a nearest er or see your doctor first thing in A.M. If your baby is not moving, check it right away.
