Take care of you: Eat healthy, exercise regularly, get on/keep a daily routine & a consistent sleep schedule. Engage in activities you enjoy, spend time with good people & spend time helping others. If you are religious seek support from your community. See a physician to see if a medical issue explains your symptoms & if not, see a therapist who can help you adopt an accurate, realistic, & helpful perspective.
