Yes, but...: Later in pregnancy women may experience some dicomfort...Therefore less interest. An interesting old wive's tale proven true: the testosterone from a male fetus does enter a pregnant woman and can increase libido! while not entirely tue for everyone, women carrying babies are more likely to retain interest in sex!

Yes and they should: Most of us concentrate and talk about sex before/after pregnancy, but few of us realize that sexual activity is safe in all trimesters of a routine pregnancy. Sexual activity usually slows down during the last 2 weeks of a full term pregnancy and if the child is born via the vaginal canal, then you can expect a period of pelvic rest...4-6 weeks.
