See a plastic surg: Tuberous breast deformity is a challenging breast reconstructive problem. The majority of the breast tissue is constricted by bands behind the nipple, and the inframammary fold is much higher than normal as well. This is deforming and difficult for patients. Unfortunately, most insurance companies consider this a cosmetic issue. Surgery can be multiple stages and can involve a tissue expander.
