I had 8 dermoid cyst removed from my ovaries. could these cyst be the reason why i was not getting pregnant. they were large up to 8.5 cm.

Unknown : Your surgeon would have insight since he or she has visualized your anatomy. In general a dermoid cyst has nothing to do with fertility. You could ask if your tube was removed or appeared damaged during the surgery.
