Yes: The only way to maybe get rid of these is through laser removal. More importantly though... Why do you want them removed? Are they very large? They are normal but some sexual partners may be concerned that they look like an std. If they are very unsightly you may want to see a dermatologist although getting them removed will painful.

Lasered off: Only about one guy in 100 is lucky enough to have these. The decision about whether to keep them (your partner may consider them a plus) or get rid of them (with a laser -- it hurts) is totally personal. Good luck.
