Vaginitis: Vaginal discharge needs to be evaluated to determine the cause. Watery discharge which is worse after a period sounds like bacterial vaginosis. This is an overgrowth of vaginal bacteria. Other causes like yeast, trichomoniasis as well as other infections are other possibilities. Unlikely this is related to your C-section 12 weeks ago. This should be easy for your doc to figure out in the office.
