My hubby just had surgery for testicular torsion surgery on his left nut and this evening his right nut had been hurting n its sever swollen?

Testicular torsion : The r sided scrotal pain may be torsion as well. Also possible is infection and less likely tumor. See the doctor who performed the left sided surgery immediately.

Likely normal: Did they do any surgery to "fix" the right side in place so it doesn't spin like the left did? It is routine to do this and if they did that it should be ok and normal but call his urologist or surgeon to double check.
