Possibly: But would need more detail. I would be worried about scar tissue distorting your uterine cavity. Also would be curious about your menstrual cycle history. How long have you been trying to conceive? New partner? I would recommend talking to an obgyn about this and not hesitating in seeking an evaluation either.

Possibly: It may be connected or simply a coincidence. Further testing by your doctor will be able to give you more information. There could have been some scarring, it could be age related, it may be other health issues. Until you see your doctor, you won't know for sure.
