Probably OK.: You had your period and your test was negative, so it seems normal so far. You are breastfeeding, and this might help avoid/stop another immediate pregnancy. This also means you're likely not ovulating due to breastfeeding but this is not reliable contraception, and you might have started ovulating again as shown by your period. Talk to your doctor about using contraception during breastfedding.
