Not likely.: Diarrhea for a week straight is not likely due to worms per se. Worms do not generally cause a lot of diarrhea. This is very likely viral and should resolve with time. However, there may be some other historic factors that you did not identify that could change this. Recent travel? Recent antibiotics? Other ill contacts?
