Possible: It depends how far along you are and if you have any bleeding. Later in pregnancy, you can have 'false labor' which is not abnormal. However your use of the word 'miscarriage' makes me think you're early in your pregnancy. If its occurring more frequently, or continues, please call your ob. If it is associated w bleeding please go to an er.
