Likely no: In general, sex during menses is less likely to result in pregnancy because the bleeding is the woman's body "resetting" for another cycle, and sloughing off the lining of the uterus. However, nothing is absolute! if you do not want to get someone pregnant(and avoid infections), use a condom, and consider other birth control. Please do not start a family until you and your partner are ready!
