Possible, but...: It is possible to get pregnant with the "pull-out" method when a little sperm gets into the vagina, because "pulling out" doesn't always work as planned. Sometimes he pulls out too late, sometimes sperm gets all over the place anyway, and sometimes sperm gets transferred from outside the vagina back into the vagina by some other means, during the excitement of it all.
