That sounds right: Ovulation can happen about 7-10 days after the start of a period (after lmp). If fertilized the day after ovulation, implantation happens about 5-7 days later.

If it is fertilized.: By a sperm, yes. Assuming there isn't anything like an iud in place to interfere w implantation.
