130-195 mg: The dose of paracetamol (acetaminophen across the pond) is 10-15mg/kg--or 130-195 mg per dose (usually every 4 hours. In the usa, the dosage of such suppositories is 80, 120 and 325 mg. As the suppositories are difficult to cut, 120mg would be the dose for your child.
