Zoloft (sertraline): Depends on what dosage u r currently on, & reasons zoloft (sertraline) was prescribed. Gradual tapering over several weeks is duable, with guidance of your prescribing doctor.

Taper : Tapering slowly under medical guidance is the best way to go. SSRI discontinuation syndrome symptoms may include: insomnia, nausea, dizziness,headache, lethargy, imbalance, vertigo, sensation of electric shocks & other sensory disturbances, & hyperarousal. Usually symptoms resolve in one to two weeks.
