Is there a difference between taking one 20 mg capsule of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or 2 10 mg capsules at once?

None: Almost all medication is additive and so the dose equivalents are equal for equal amounts. For Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) you can combine them to get the dose required.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
