Need photo: Some eyes look red in photos because the flash from the camera reflects off the retina and gives a red pupil. Some people have low pigmentation to the iris which is the colored part of the eye and you can see through the iris and see the light reflecting off the retina which makes the eye look red. Can see in people who are albinos also.

No: Patients with albinism can have very light irides and you can get red contact lenses but otherwise red is not a natural iris color.

Albinos: If a person is albino, which mean genetically cannot make pigments, you will see blood vessels of the iris and it will seem red.
