What are the signs of altered mental status 2 shock?

Confusion/Lethargy: Several types of shock: cardiogenic, septic, hypovolemic etc. Patients with any of these will be treated in the ICU and are treated diffirently depending on the type. These patients have decreased awareness may hallucinate, aggitated and pulling lines out etc. They can be on and off to with signs such as deliuium, decreased cognition. Many different symptoms depending on the nature of the shock.
