If you have SX!: Hypoglycemia causes jitteriness and shakes. It most commonly occurs in pre-diabetics. Family history is important. A glucose tolerance test is most important to determine if you are prone to this. Dietary changes will minimize this from happening! it is a common feature of metabolic syndrome!
