Why do i get headaches whenever i read?

This or that: There could be multiple causes such as fatigue, eye strain, underlying reading difficulties that cause fatigue, concentration difficulties. First step for someone getting headaches while reading would probably be to start by going to an ophtalmologist to rule out visual problems.

Hard to say but...: Posture with neck? Eye issues? Could be a number of causes. See a dr. And provide a good history and get a thorough exam.
