Maybe diverticulitis: You might have diverticulits. Inflamed pockets in the large intestine. It might just be a virus. If not better in a day or two see your doctor.

A Few things: There are countless causes of abdominal symptoms. Figuring it out really requires a discussion with the patient. There is no way to advise you on this without seeing you in person and having a face to face discussion and examination.
