Yes, but....: Yes, you will lose weight faster while exercising in hot weather but it is due to sweating more. As soon as you drink water, you will be back to the same weight. Effective weight loss is burning more calories than you consume. There is no magic bullet -- you have to eat less and workout more. Period.
