Maybe: Please check your report and see if there is any mention of barrett's esophagus or intestinal metaplasia. These findings would indicate a premalignant component that requires regular, lifetime followup. The finding of mild dysplasia may require additional medicines for a while, but please followup with your gastroenterologist that did the biopsy.
