Shingles????: Any rash that is painful and burns may not be shingles. Shingles typically happens as a blustery rash which is spread along single dermatome and is not bilaterally symmetrical- meaning if it happens it never involves both sides of body. It typically involves only one side. Now about your feet-- fungus on feet and/or secondary bacterial infection can produce same symptoms. See a md.
