Beats me: However, the success rate of detox is extremely low, unless it is followed by a strong support program, and ideally a formal residential treatment program. Some make it with detox and na, but most people do better with a maintenance therapy. See if there are Buprenorphine and/or Methadone providers in your area. There is nothing life-threatening about opiate withdrawal, and inpt is not necessary.
