Quite a : Constellation of symptoms and findings. If your anemia is significant enough to lead to repeated transfusions this leads to a high ferritin. Ferritin is also an acute phase reactant, so it is also up in inflammation and infection. That said it is hard to relate all of your findings to one diagnosis. Work through it with your doc.
