Having a baby: Having a baby does not change the likelihood of you getting pregnant once you become sexually active again. An exception is that you are getting older which may change the ability to conceive as easily as when younger.

Probably: One of the best predictors of getting pregnant is having a history of a successful pregnancy. So statistically those who have gotten pregnant are better off than those who have not. However, patients may present with secondary infertility and should be evaluated if unable to conceive in 12 months, of 6 months if older than 34 years old.

Yes and no: When you have had a baby it does confirm that you have all the needed parts (some don't) and they worked that one time well. It does not guarantee that they will work again or on your time line. Interval medical problems that you or your spouse have can and do cause fertility problems in many couples. Accept that you have been blessed & don't sweat it unless it you run into trouble later.
