Depends: You could have a common male breast enlargement condition called gynecomastia. For a complete evaluation seek a general surgeon in your area.

Are you: Overweight? Did u use anabolic steroids? Is it severe or noticeable only to you? If heavy weight loss would help. Surgery by a plastic surgeon would work. It's not unusual, look up gynecomastia. There is a med called Arimidex (anastrozole) which prevents conversion of testosterone to estrogen which may help prevent worsening, wt loss may help.
