FORESKIN: It depends on the penis and how far it protrudes from the pubic fat pad with erection. Most are retractable by 7-8 y/o but some obese children are long after that age.

At 5 years: At about 5 years of age. If is not retractable at puberty, need to check with pediatrician for possible phimosis and the need for circumcision.
