Healing time for displaced spiral fracture of 4th & 5th metatarsal?

6wks: Classically, bones take about 6 weeks to heal. Some bones like the base of the fifth metatarsal can take longer or never heal. Spiral fractures tend to heal because of the increased surface area of the spiral. Just make sure they don't heal in a twisted position.

Fracture: If displaced might need surgical repair. Will take about 6 weeks to heal before you can apply any weight followed by rehab for 4-6 weeks.
