White spots: It might be something called vitiligo. Would go see a dermatologist.

Different things: Hypopigmentation can be caused by different things - like- vitiligo- which is an autoimmune condition, or could be infection like pityriasis multiforme--etc. Do you have any symptoms- like itchiness?. Go to see dermatologist to get checked.
