Black spot on (my) right side of vulva painful to touch size of nerd candy weird shooting pain from bump up into uterus?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Doctor can evaluate: Spots in the genitals area are hard to describe in words, and even harder to visualize. A primary care doctor or an ob-gyn can look to see what it might be. Possibilities include an inflamed or infected gland, a herpes sore (they hurt), some other std, etc... If it is a bacterial infection, antibiotics can help. If it is viral like herpes, then anti-virals like Valtrex (valacyclovir) may be helpful.
