See your doctor: Blood in the urine is a symptom of something. It could be as simple as "squeezing" it harder than you should, or there could be a problem in your urethra, your bladder, the ureters or your kidneys. Your primary care provider can do a physical examination and check your urinalysis, but you will probably need referral to a urologist.
