No one: It's too early for the baby's movements, however anecdotal cases have been described, when the fetal movements were documented at 14 weeks. Or improper LMP day counting?

Ask your GYN: Fetal movements are typically felt by 18 to 20 weeks gestational age. Initially, the movements are somewhat erratic and feel like little flutterings or “butterflies”. Mom's who have had other babies may recognize movement a few weeks sooner. Consult your gynecologist.
