Boston: The ocd institute in boston is among the world's greatest resource for tourette's treatment options. I have referred several patients who have been very pleased with results. Hopkins (baltimore), yale (conn), and a group in england also have top notch people researching and treating tourette's. Very exciting developments occurring in tic and tourette research.
