See an OB Dr ASAP: See an OB doctor as soon as possible for a blood pregnancy test - you may have had a 'biochemical pregnancy' or very early miscarriage, but the worst case scenario is a tubal pregnancy (ectopic pregnancy). These can be treated with shots if caught early but need surgery if left too late. If you have severe pain or dizziness go to the er.
