Depends.: It depends on why she was being seen. If she had genital/vaginal complaints, or findings on her exam that pertained to genitals, then examiniation of external, and possible internal genitalia would be appropriate. I'm not sure what you mean by 'use a stick in her vagina', but would encourage you to ask your doctor to explain what was done, and why.
