YES: An almost 2 week difference in conception dates would be readily apparent during the first trimester. Even now, the difference between conception on 9/22 and 10/5 would work out to 20 weeks and 1 day vs 18 weeks and 2 days gestation. Your fetus would need to be either very small or unusually large for the estimate to be that far off. Fetuses with chromosomal abnormalities may be that small early.
