No: Studies have finally been done for we who drink lots of soda, and if you drink and maintain good hydration, then no. The caffeine in some can theoretically increase urination, but not practically seen. Bigger issue is the empty calories if you drink sweetened soda (=don't). The sugar load can cause hydration issues...And diabetes...And obesity!
