Urologist: Females don't have sperm counts. Men go to a urologist who have an interest in infertility. Men can also go to a woman's fertility clinic and get a screening semen examination. If it is abnormal, then a referral to a urologist is the next step.

REI or Urology best: Sperm testing (semen analysis) is best done through a fertility clinic or urology office rather than a general medical testing lab - having a trained andrologist run the tests, and good quality control, gives more reliable results. If you and your partner are trying to conceive you should both see a reproductive endocrinology and infertility (rei) specialist for tests and individualized treatment.
