Seek medical help: You have been having headache for a week and i suppose you have tried over the counter meds and still have headache. You should make an appointment with your doctor and seek medical advice you need a detailed history and physical exam and may need further testing like blood test/imaging like cat scan/mri if doctor feels it is indicated and also meds to get relief from the headache.
