No: Not unless you have endometriosis u may need laparoscpy or davinci robot to remove the complex cyst.

It kind of: Depends on your symptoms. Are you in pain? Are the cysts large? Do you have endometriosis or pain? The medicine is not a cake walk in that it is expensive and will places into menopause with all the drawbacks. It may not resolve the cysts either. I am suprised they enlarge on the ocp. How long have u been on them?
