Few options...: If bone spurs do not cause pain or mechanical issues for a patient then they can stay right where they are with no treatment. If painful, physical thearpy/ stretching of the structures surronding the spur, or ani-inflammatories may be helpful in relieving symptoms, but the only way to get rid of a spur is surgical excision.
