Generally no: Visible blue spider veins and smaller red spider veins on the surface of the penis are generally normal and nothing at all to worry about. Unless they have suddenly appeared and were never there before or f you are especially concerned, have a physician take a look but it isn't at all likely that you need to be concrned.

Penile spider veins.: Spider veins on the penis are not common and also are not serious. I would recommend no treatment for these. If they concern you then see a vein specialist.
