Depends: I find that loose saggy skin after surgery is more a reflection of how much weight one needs to lose versus how fast. Individuals needing to lose 20-30 lbs most likely won't experience sagging skin, even if they lose it quickly. Age, hydration and elasticity of the skin also play a role. Younger individuals with good skin have less problems. If over 100 lb most likely will have some loose skin.
